The following conditions apply:

Delivery only takes place within Germany (Germany).

Shipping (including statutory VAT)

We charge a flat rate of €4.90 per order for shipping costs.

We deliver free shipping for orders over €25.00.

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany (Germany) within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

What payment methods does B2BA accept?

We accept payments via PayPal, credit card and bank transfer. All payment transactions are protected by modern security technologies.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

The delivery time depends on the order quantity and destination. We usually ship orders within Germany within 24 hours. Normally you will receive your package no later than three working days after ordering. However, in stressful times it can sometimes take longer. International delivery times may vary.
